Who is providing the consent and who and what is it for?

The consent is given by you, with the required authority from any other guardian or other legally designated caregiver (natural or legal) or other person, to authorize the processing of personal data covered by the consent.

What personal data is the consent more specifically about?

The consent is about all personal data provided by you or through other sources, including names, phone numbers, e-mails, birth dates, addresses, photographs, relevant for the purposes of the consent.

What marketing activities are covered by the consent?

The consent encompasses various types of marketing, including distribution of newsletters, surveys, offerings and other forms of individual communication through channels such as e-mail and text messaging.

How long will we process the personal data?

We only process the personal data for as long as required for a specific purpose or any legal obligation to retain such data.

How to withdraw or adjust the consent?

You can always choose to withdraw or adjust consents you have provided. You can do this in the Dibber app or, if not possible in the Dibber app, by contacting us at consentmanagement@dibberfamily.com. After withdrawal we shall no longer process the relevant data and delete them to the extent within our control, unless something else is required by law or another legal obligation.
